Dementia cafes are places where people with dementia and their families can casually drop in to exchange information and share their concerns. Why not come and spend some relaxing time with friends who have similar concerns, such as "I'm worried about my forgetfulness," "Am I the only one who has this kind of forgetfulness?", "I've been diagnosed with early-stage dementia, but I'm worried," or "I want to hear other people's stories too?" Meeting friends in a relaxed atmosphere will hopefully help you in the future.
