When using the adult guardianship system for an elderly person, if it is difficult to bear the costs of filing a petition or paying an adult guardian, etc., we will subsidize the cost.
Those who are 65 years of age or older and are registered residents in Inagi City, or those who have become a ward due to a petition by the Mayor of Inagi City, and who meet the following economic requirements stipulated by the city.
(1) Those who are recipients of public assistance or who are receiving livelihood support benefits under the Act on Support for Chinese Remaining Japanese Nationals, etc. (2) Those who are clearly in a state of needing public assistance, etc. by bearing the remuneration costs. A person.
However, the following cases are not applicable.
(1) If Tama Nanbu Adult Guardianship Center, a general incorporated association, is a corporate guardian, etc. (2) If a relative is an adult guardian, etc. (3) If you are receiving other similar benefits or subsidies (4) In cases other than Inagi City A person who has become a ward, etc. due to a petition from the municipality

The application fee will be subsidized to the extent that the applicant pays the application fee, registration fee, postage stamp fee, medical certificate preparation fee, and appraisal fee.
The remuneration cost subsidy shall be within the remuneration amount determined by the remuneration granting judge, and shall not exceed 20,000 yen per month.
The remuneration subsidy shall be granted during the remuneration period determined by the remuneration granting judge.
Those who wish to receive the subsidy should submit the application form along with the following documents to the Elderly Welfare Division of Inagi City Hall within 60 days from the day after the award of compensation was made.
