Starting in fiscal year 2022, a three-year trial project will be implemented in which sensors capable of monitoring daily rhythms, etc. ("monitoring sensors") will be used.
A sensor mat with a sleep analysis function and a sensor that measures temperature and humidity are installed in bedrooms, etc., and the family and care provider of the person being watched over can check the person's sleep status and daily rhythm using a dedicated app. In addition, by setting the smartphone, the room temperature in the target person's home can be controlled by remotely controlling the air conditioner.
Note: Remote control of the air conditioner cannot be used with older or special models.
Those who live alone or live alone during the day and have an address in the city and have been certified as requiring long-term care or support. Note: The maximum number of people per month is 27.

Free during the implementation period. Please fill out the application form below and at the Elderly Welfare Section of the Elderly Welfare Division to apply.
Additionally, the device allows users' supporters, such as nursing care service providers, to view data on their daily rhythms and understand their daily living conditions. If you are interested in using the service or your family members, please consult with your care manager or local comprehensive support center before applying.

If you would like to change your address or telephone number, or cancel your service due to moving or long-term hospitalization, please print out the Change/Cancellation Request Form from the file below, fill in the necessary information, and submit it to the Elderly Welfare Division.

If you decide to discontinue use, you will need to return the equipment. City hall or the contracted company will contact you shortly with information on how to return the equipment.
