Inagi City Home Elderly Watching Sensor Service

From 2022, as a three-year trial project, we will implement a monitoring project that uses sensors that can monitor life rhythms ("watching sensors").

Business content

A sensor mat with a sleep analysis function and a sensor that measures temperature and humidity are installed in the bedroom, etc., and the family and nursing care providers of the target person can check the sleep condition and life rhythm of the target person from a dedicated application. In addition, by setting the smartphone, you can remotely control the air conditioner and manage the room temperature of the target person's house.
Note: Remote control of the air conditioner cannot be used for older or special models.

Target audience

Those who live alone or live alone during the day and have an address in the city, and have received certification for long-term care and support. Note: The maximum number of people is 27 people per month.

Implementation period

From April 1, 2022 to March 2025 Note: New applications will be accepted until December 2024 (planned).

Cost and application method

Free during the implementation period Please apply after filling out the application form below and at the Elderly Welfare Section of the Elderly Welfare Section.
In addition, supporters of users, such as nursing care service providers, will view life rhythm data and understand daily living conditions by using the device. If you would like to use this service or your family members, please consult with your care manager or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center before applying.

Application for use

Please print out the application form from the file below, fill in the necessary information, and submit it to the Elderly Welfare Division.
The application form is also available at the City Hall Elderly Welfare Division window.

Change/cancellation procedure

If you would like to change your address or phone number, or cancel the service due to moving out, long-term hospitalization, etc., print out the change/cancellation request form from the file below, fill in the necessary information, and send it to the Elderly Welfare Division. Please submit.
The request form is also available at the City Hall Elderly Welfare Division window.
If you stop using the device, you will need to return the device. We will contact you later from the city hall or the consignment company about how to return it.
