Comprehensive medical examination fee subsidy (persons aged 40 and over)

From 2014, even those over the age of 40 can receive a subsidy if they undergo a complete medical checkup at the Inagi Municipal Hospital Health Checkup Center.

Those who have undergone a complete medical checkup at the Inagi City Hospital Health Checkup Center and meet all of the following requirements on the day of the examination.

• Be an insured person of Inagi City National Health Insurance
• Those who are eligible for specific health checkups and have not undergone the specific health checkups
• We pay National Health Insurance tax that the deadline for payment came in full

Once a year

Please make an appointment directly with the Inagi Municipal Hospital Medical Examination Center. Please bring the following items with you at the time of your consultation and apply for the examination fee subsidy at the window of the Inagi Municipal Hospital Medical Examination Center. You can have a medical examination with the amount after deducting the subsidy amount in advance.

• Application form (After making a reservation, we will send it to you from the "Inagi Municipal Hospital Medical Examination Center" together with information on a comprehensive medical checkup.)
