2020 Drug Abuse Prevention Poster/Slogan Award Ceremony

Since 1999, the city has been collaborating with the Inagi City Council for the Promotion of Drug Abuse Prevention in Tokyo to solicit, select, and award drug abuse prevention posters and slogans from junior high school students in the city.
This year, out of 311 entries from 6 schools in the poster category and 412 entries from 4 schools in the slogan category, 3 entries were selected for the District Chairman's Award, 2 entries for the Mayor's Award, 2 entries for the Superintendent's Award, and 10 honorable mention entries.
The creators of works that won the District Chairman's Award, the Mayor's Award, and the Superintendent of Education's Award were recognized on Tuesday, January 16, 2020 by the council's district president, mayor, and Superintendent of Education at the conference room on the 4th floor of the Regional Promotion Plaza. Ta.

Regarding the creation of educational materials for the Tokyo Metropolitan Drug Abuse Prevention Promotion Inagi City Council in 2021

We have created a poster calendar for 2020 using the winning works of drug abuse prevention posters and slogans for 2021.

Award for “Leading school in drug abuse prevention activity rate in 2021”

Schools that have worked diligently on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's awareness-raising projects related to drug abuse prevention are announced every year on the website of the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Welfare and Health and are presented with certificates of commendation.
One junior high school in the city was selected and awarded by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as the "Leading School in Drug Abuse Prevention Activities in 2021."
