Note: If the examination reveals that treatment is necessary, the treatment will be charged at actual cost.

• Please make an appointment directly at a designated dental institution and bring the consultation ticket sent by the city to your appointment.

Note: If you lose your consultation ticket, it can be reissued . Please bring proof of your identity (driver's license, etc.) to the health center.
