If you wish to change the location of your dog, the owner's address/name, owner, etc., or if your dog dies, please complete the procedures at the following counter.

Note: Procedures are available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on days the agency is open.
Please submit the "Notification of change in pet registration information".
Dog license issued at registration
・When you move into Inagi City, please bring the license issued by the previous municipality to the procedure. If you lose it, please prepare a license reissue fee of 1,600 yen.
・When moving out of Inagi City, procedures in Inagi City are not required. Please bring your Inagi City license and apply to the municipality where you are moving to.
・Applications by mail will only be accepted if you have the license issued by the previous municipality at hand.
Please print out the form below, fill it out, affix your license, and send it to the Health Center. After the person in charge confirms, we will send you a license from Inagi City.
When a registered dog dies, please submit a "Notice of Death of Pet Dog".
