In Inagi City, one city employee tested positive for the new coronavirus.
Although we have been working hard to prevent infection on a daily basis, we will continue to instruct our staff to be even more diligent in their efforts to prevent infection, and we will continue to do our best to prevent infection.

- There will be no contact with citizens or staff during the year-end and New Year holidays from December 29, 2020 (Tuesday) to January 3, 2021 (Sunday).
- Monday, January 4th: Worked while wearing a mask. Not engaged in work that involves contact with citizens.
- January 5th (Tuesday): The employee will be absent due to family member being unwell.
- On Wednesday, January 6th, a family member underwent a PCR test and was found to be positive for the new coronavirus infection.
- On Friday, January 8th, the public health center determined that the employee was a close contact. Antigen and PCR tests were conducted on the staff member, and the antigen test revealed that the employee was positive for the new coronavirus infection.
- On Sunday, January 10th, the PCR test results showed that the patient was positive for COVID-19.
- Last working day is Monday, January 4th.

- The office and common areas of the employee were disinfected on Friday, January 8th, when the public health center determined that the employee was a close contact.
- The public health center has determined that there are no close contacts at the workplace (Inagi City Hall).
