Regarding new coronavirus infection of city employees (January 18, 2020)

Regarding the employee who was infected with the new coronavirus, the public health center informed us on Wednesday, January 19th that there were no close contacts at the workplace.

In Inagi City, one employee tested positive for the new coronavirus.
We have been working hard to prevent infection on a daily basis, but we will continue to instruct our staff to be even more diligent in their efforts to prevent infection, and we will continue to do our best to prevent infection.

January 14th (Friday) Work. I had a sore throat and cough and had to leave work early. He visited a medical institution and was diagnosed with a cold.
15th (Saturday) Fever.
17th (Monday) As the symptoms of fever did not improve, he visited a medical institution again. A PCR test was performed and the result was positive.

• We are currently awaiting instructions from the public health center regarding close contacts.
• The employee's office and common areas have been disinfected.
• We will continue our business as usual (no facility closures) with thorough infection prevention measures in place.

• We are currently coordinating the staff member's stay at home and health monitoring period.
