Regarding new coronavirus infection of city employees (January 17, 2020)

In Inagi City, one employee tested positive for the new coronavirus.
We have been working hard to prevent infection on a daily basis, but we will continue to instruct our staff to be even more diligent in their efforts to prevent infection, and we will continue to do our best to prevent infection.

January 13th (Thursday) Work. After returning home, I felt a sore throat. Fever in the 39 degree range late at night.
14th (Friday) No work. Visit a medical institution and undergo a PCR test.
15th (Saturday) PCR test result was found to be positive.

◆Last working day January 13th (Thursday)　

• The employee's office and common areas have been disinfected.
• We will continue our business as usual (no facility closures) with thorough infection prevention measures in place.

• Following instructions from the public health center, the patient will be observed until the 23rd.
• The public health center has determined that there are no close contacts at the workplace.
