We are working to improve manners when using the park, with the motto "This is a park used by many people. Please use it in a way that does not disturb your neighbors or others," so that many citizens can use it for multiple purposes. In order to ensure that everyone can use the facility comfortably, please be mindful of compromise and good manners.
If you discover any nuisance, please contact the city park designated manager .
Note: If you are using the park early in the morning or at night and are disrupting your sleep, or if there is a suspicious person, please call 110.

The park is a facility used by a variety of people, including small children and people who don't like animals.
We have received many complaints about animals leaving feces behind and letting animals roam free. When walking with your dog in the park, please follow the manners below and help us enjoy the park in a pleasant manner.
