Park usage standards and etiquette

We are working to improve manners when using the park, with the motto "This is a park used by many people. Please use it in a way that does not disturb your neighbors or others," so that many citizens can use it for multiple purposes. In order to ensure that everyone can use the facility comfortably, please be mindful of compromise and good manners.
If you discover any nuisance, please contact the city park designated manager .
Note: If you are using the park early in the morning or at night and are disrupting your sleep, or if there is a suspicious person, please call 110.

Prohibited matter

Dogs allowed to roam free	Ban	This is because there is a high possibility that feces, etc. will be mishandled. Other park users may be scared.
Motorcycle/car entry	Ban	Because other park users are at risk.
Baseball, etc. using a bat	Ban	It is dangerous because it has a long flight distance and high speed.
skateboard	Ban	Because other park users are at risk. [Note] However, only Tamari Park in Inagi Kita Ryokuchi Park is available.
Radio-controlled vehicles and small unmanned aircraft (drones, etc.)	Ban	Because other park users are at risk.
Camping (setting up a tent)	Ban	Setting up tents is prohibited as it may damage the lawn. Also, overnight stays within the park are prohibited. [Note] Simple sunshades (turf, etc.), movable benches, etc. are allowed in consideration of the elderly and young children.

barbecue	Conditionally allowed	Available only in parts of Inagikita Green Park (picnic area) and Wakabadai Park (third park). However, the following conditions must be met. Conditions : (1) Open flame barbecues are prohibited. (2) The deadline will be 5:00 p.m. (3) Be sure to take home all trash, ashes, tools, etc. (4) This is not a barbecue area, so please be careful not to disturb other park users or surrounding residents. [Note] Simple sunshades (such as turf) are permitted, taking into consideration the elderly and young children.
firework	Conditionally allowed	Only hand-held fireworks are allowed, subject to the following conditions: Conditions : (1) Until 10 p.m. (2) Prepare a bucket of water. (3) Take all trash home with you. [Note] Rocket fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited as they are dangerous to other park users and trash cannot be collected.

To all dog lovers

The park is a facility used by a variety of people, including small children and people who don't like animals.
We have received many complaints about animals leaving feces behind and letting animals roam free. When walking with your dog in the park, please follow the manners below and help us enjoy the park in a pleasant manner.

To prevent your dog from biting other people or other dogs, keep your dog on a leash while walking and never let go of the leash.
Do not leave feces or urine behindIf your dog defecates or urinates in the park, the owner must dispose of it appropriately.
When you go for a walk, be sure to carry some walking accessories such as plastic bags and tissues.
Note: If you flush the feces that has fallen on the ground into the park toilets or drains, the soil, sand, pebbles, grass, etc. attached to the feces can damage or clog pipes and other facilities, so please take it home and dispose of it properly. Note: Leaving feces lying around is also prohibited under the "Inagi City Clean Town Citizen Ordinance." Please help us beautify the town.
Do not brush your dog. Please brush your dog at home, as loose hair may end up on passersby or laundry from nearby homes.
