This green space was created with the hope of restoring the thickets of Tama Hills that were lost due to the development of Tama New Town, and the planting was limited to wild plants that were native to the area, with oak oak and Quercus serrata as the basic forest. In addition, the seasons are divided into eight seasons: early spring, spring, young leaves, early summer, summer, autumn, autumn leaves, and winter, depending on the growth and flowering time of the trees, so there are flowers and fruits all year round, and there are also small birds. It was named ``Hakkinoryokuchi'' (Green Space of Eight Seasons), with the image of a green space full of the coming seasons.
