We can assist with financing when converting a collection toilet into a flush toilet, or when removing a human waste septic tank and switching to direct discharge.
When converting a water closet into a flush toilet <br id="3"/>The cost shall be within 400,000 yen per toilet bowl.
If you remove the human waste septic tank and connect it to the sewer system <br id="7"/>The fee will be less than 400,000 yen per human waste septic tank.
Note : The limit for both amounts is 2 million yen or less.
Annual interest rate 1.975% (FY2016)
Note 1: Fixed interest rate during the redemption period.
Note 2: The city will subsidize 1/2 of the loan interest rate.
