Broken toys will be repaired as part of the Reuse project, which is part of the city's " 5R +1" initiative.
Please come with your child as we will ask about their symptoms and condition at the reception desk.
We will repair any broken toys free of charge, up to two items per group .
(This does not include dangerous items such as model guns, items whose legal compliance cannot be confirmed, or items purchased second-hand that were broken from the start.)
Please bring along any instruction manuals or original boxes as they will be helpful for treatment.
(Note) Please make your own decision whether to wear a mask on the day of the event.

(Note) Reservations are required. Please come to the clinic at the designated time with your child and the toy you have applied for.
People living in the city (those under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian)

(Note) If there are a large number of applications, a lottery will be held and we will notify you of the results and reception hours.
(Note) There are no reception slots other than reservations. Even if someone cancels on the day, we will not accept new applications.

After the application deadline, we will contact those who have decided to participate by email or phone to inform them of the reception time and other details on the day. We will set a deadline for you to respond, so please be sure to respond whether you can participate or not.
