About the FY2020 Inagi Free Wi-Fi environment improvement promotion project subsidy

The city has introduced Inagi Free Wi-Fi with the aim of promoting tourism, improving the lives of residents, and increasing convenience for visitors to the city. As the service is introduced in public facilities, stores, etc., it is expected that the city's attractions will be promoted together with businesses, etc., and visitors will be able to get around the city even more easily.
Therefore, we will subsidize the installation costs etc. for those who cooperate with Inagi Free Wi-Fi.

Individuals or corporations that operate shops, restaurants, recreational facilities, accommodation facilities, etc. within the Inagi City area.

A project to install a new home router for Tama Television Co., Ltd.'s internet service "TTV Wireless" at a facility in the city in order to participate in "Inagi Free Wi-Fi"

1. Administrative fees to Tama TV: Up to 3,300 yen (tax included)
2. TTV Wireless communication fee (for 12 months) Maximum 29,760 yen (2,480 yen per month) (tax included)

First, please be sure to check the "Inagi Free Wi-Fi Environment Development Promotion Project Subsidy" grant guidelines and follow the application procedure .

1) Subsidy grant application
Please contact the Tourism Division Tourism Section (tel: 042-378-2111 extension 683/684) in advance and submit the following documents.
Before applying for grant, we will ask you to conduct an on-site investigation of Tama Television once.

• Application form for issuance (Form No. 1)
• Estimate for subsidized expenses
• Tax payment certificate for the applicant's most recent corporate municipal tax or individual municipal tax
• Location map showing the location of facilities, etc.
• A floor plan showing the planned locations for installing home routers
• Written oath (Form No. 2)
• Consent form (Form No. 3)
• Other documents specified by the mayor

　
2) You will receive a notification of grant award decision in about two weeks.
　
3) Implementation and completion of the project (up to payment to the contracted company)
　
4) Submission of performance report
Please submit your documents as soon as possible after paying your first bill.

• Performance report (Form No. 8)
• Documents proving payment for the first bill (copy of receipt, etc.)
• A copy of the contract or a copy of the application document related to the contract
• Documents proving that you have installed a home router (a floor plan showing the installation location, a photo after installation, etc.)
• In addition to those listed above, documents specified by the mayor

　
5) About 2 weeks later, you will receive a subsidy confirmation notice.
　
6) Submit the claim form (Form No. 10)
