When using oxygen concentrators, liquefied oxygen devices, and oxygen cylinders used for home oxygen therapy, there is a concern that there will be an increase in fires caused by smoking or other open flames, so please pay close attention to the following points.
(1) If you bring a cigarette or other flame close to the person while inhaling high-concentration oxygen, the tube or clothing may ignite, causing severe burns or a house fire.
(2) When using an oxygen concentrator, etc., do not place any flame within 2m around the device. Never smoke, especially while breathing oxygen.
(3) If you handle fire with care and use it correctly according to the instruction manual, oxygen will not cause tubes or clothing to burn or cause a fire, so do not be unduly afraid and follow your doctor's instructions. Please inhale oxygen.
[To prevent fire]
・Never smoke while using an oxygen inhaler.
・While using an oxygen inhaler, do not bring the inhaler close to fire or use open flames nearby.
・Not only you but also those around you should be careful when using fire.
