Nationwide emergency consultation app “Qsuke”

An app that is useful when you are unsure whether to call an ambulance

The Fire and Disaster Management Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has developed the nationwide version of the emergency consultation app "Q-suke" to support citizens in determining the degree of urgency and to provide information on available medical institutions and consultation methods.
When you select the corresponding symptom on the screen, messages such as necessary measures according to the degree of urgency ("Call an ambulance now", "Let's see a medical institution as soon as possible") are displayed depending on the urgency. It is displayed with the imaged color.
After that, search for medical institutions (link to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Medical Information Net" so that information on neighboring prefectures can be viewed) and search for means of consultation (see the "National Taxi Guide" of the National Federation of Hire-Taxi Associations). link) can be done.
