When holding a lifesaving course, if you wish to take the standard lifesaving course or the advanced lifesaving course, in order to make the course more efficient, we ask that you take the online course in advance if possible. By taking the online course, it is possible to shorten the course on the day by approximately 120 minutes for advanced lifesaving and 60 minutes for standard lifesaving. (This applies to courses that are marked as web courses.)
