On March 15, 2019, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government designated Inagi City as a landslide warning area and landslide special warning area .
Landslide warning area (commonly known as yellow zone)
Areas where it is recognized that there is a risk of harm to the lives or bodies of residents in the event of a landslide, and where a warning and evacuation system should be specifically developed to prevent landslides.
Sediment disaster special warning area (commonly known as red zone)
Areas where it is recognized that there is a risk of damage to buildings and significant harm to the lives or bodies of residents, etc. in the event of a landslide.
Landslide warning areas : 280 locations (275 locations due to collapse on steep slopes, 5 locations with debris flows)
Landslide special warning areas : 221 locations (217 locations due to collapse on steep slopes, 4 locations with debris flows)
