Due to a partial amendment to the Enforcement Regulations of the Real Estate Transaction Business Act that came into effect on August 28, 2020, flood hazard maps prepared by local governments must be explained as important matters during real estate transactions based on the provisions of the Flood Prevention Act. Added to the list of must-haves.
