Regarding the conclusion of the “Agreement on the Eradication of Dangerous Drugs and Special Fraud”

On August 9, 2017, safety inspections were carried out in Inagi City, Tama Central Police Station, Tokyo Real Estate Association Fuchu Inagi Branch, and All Japan Real Estate Association Tokyo Headquarters Tama Minami Branch.・In order to create a safe town, we concluded the "Agreement on the Eradication of Dangerous Drugs and Special Fraud" in order to eradicate dangerous drugs and special fraud.
The contents of this agreement include sharing of necessary information between the four parties, strengthening the reporting system, promoting awareness-raising activities in each association, a written commitment that the building will not be used as a base for selling dangerous drugs or special fraud, and a cancellation clause. We will promote the use of contracts that incorporate the following.
By concluding this agreement, it is expected that by clarifying the roles of each party and strengthening cooperation, efforts will be made to eradicate damage caused by dangerous drugs and special fraud.
