When will the Municipal Tax/Metropolitan Inhabitant Tax Taxation (Tax Exemption) Certificate for the new fiscal year be issued?

The certificate for the latest fiscal year will be issued after the municipal tax/prefectural inhabitant tax assessment date for that fiscal year.
Note: Every year, certificates for the new academic year will be issued after early June.
