What should I do to obtain an evaluation certificate or public account certificate (visit the agency or by mail)?

They are issued from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays and the New Year holidays) at the Taxation Division on the first floor of City Hall and at the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices. Requests can also be made by mail, so please send your application form, a copy of identification, a fixed-amount postal money order as the fee, and a stamped reply envelope to the Taxation Division.
