I can't go on the target day for the infant health checkup. What should I do now.

If it is not convenient for you on the target day, please come to the office on a spare day.
If you cannot take both days, please contact the Oyako Comprehensive Support Center.
Health checkups for infants (4 months old, 1 year and 6 months old, 3 years old) are scheduled according to the age of the child.
The target ages for health checkups are as follows.
(1) Health checkup for 4-month-old child: Under 5 months (2) Health checkup for 1 year and 6-month child: Under 2 years old (3) Health checkup for 3-year-old child: Under 4 years old
