What should I do to receive a medical checkup other than the infant health checkup for children aged 3 to 4 months, 1 year and 6 months, and 3 years old?

In city, we carry out infants medical checkup for child of age (age) of 4 months from 3 months, 1 year and 6 months, and 3 years old.
Other medical examinations are optional (paid) examinations. Please consult your family pediatrician.
