Safety confirmation is carried out through visits by Friendship Visitors and contact phone calls.
Every year, we ask local welfare officers to conduct an elderly questionnaire for people aged 75 and over living alone and in elderly households. Local welfare officers visit the elderly to understand the situation and watch over them as necessary.
In addition, the Regional Comprehensive Support Center also cooperates with residents' associations and the Midori Club to watch over the elderly.
