If I move from Inagi City, what will happen to my medical insurance card for the elderly?

The insurance card issued by Inagi City will no longer be usable. Please come to the Health Insurance and Pension Division as you will need to complete procedures to move out. After moving, please have your health insurance card issued at the new municipality.
