I have lost my National Health Insurance tax payment slip. What should I do.

If the payment slip is issued before the due date, please come to the Insurance and Pension Section window or call us to have it reissued and sent to you. If the payment deadline has passed, you may be charged a late fee, so please come to the reception desk of the Collection Division.
