Please tell me about the renewal procedure for certification of long-term care need.

Certification for long-term care and support needs has an expiration date, and you can apply for renewal from 60 days before the expiration date. We will send you a renewal notice from the city two months before the expiration date. Do not forget to apply if you wish to continue using the services of the long-term care insurance.
It takes about 30 days from application to certification. Please apply early.
