1 Have the retail store where you purchased the appliance take it back. In this case, a collection transportation fee and a recycling fee are required.
2. If you do not know the retailer where you purchased the item, ask a general waste collection and transportation business license (fees apply) that handles the four types of home appliances.
3. If you bring the items directly to the collection site, pay the recycling fee (a separate payment fee will be charged) at the nearest post office, and present the recycling ticket and the post office-issued transfer payment acceptance certificate (receipt) to the collection agent.
